To cancel order, you must enter the Transaction ID showed on the receipt and follow the below step:
- Press F2
- Select L2 - Cancel Order
- On the next screen, enter the Transaction ID from the receipt
- Enter the receipt amount
- Then, press Enter. System will retrieve the transaction record. If record not exist, an error message appear "Record Not Found".
- If Ok, system will display Staff ID and Table 1. Press Enter to proceed.
- Place master card on the terminal’s key pad when the red light goes on
- “Cancellation Successful” will be displayed upon successful update.
- A cancellation receipt will be printed.
