F2, L3, L3 - Updating Price List

To update price list via the terminal:

1. You can add NEW items to normal (current) price list
2. You can update or delete the existing items in the normal price list 
3. You can add promotion items to the list

A. Step by step process - Add New Items

1. Select F2
2. Select L3 – Files Update
3. Select L3 - Pricelists
4. Select L1 – add to Normal PL
5. Enter name of new item 
6. Enter code of new item 
7. Item Category – skip this option by selecting enter (if there is no category)
8. Item Price – enter the price of the new item 
9. Opening stock – enter number of items At this stage, the Master card needs to be placed on the terminal to authorise the update. 
10. Place master card on the terminal’s key pad when the red light goes on 
11. “Add operation success” will be displayed upon successful update.

 B. Step by step process - Updating Pricelist (update or delete) items

1. Select F2
2. Select L3 – Files Update
3. Select L3 - Pricelists
4. Select L2 - Update Normal PL
5. Enter code of the item to be updated or deleted
6. Place master card on the terminal’s key pad when the red light goes on 
7. “Add operation success” will be displayed upon successful update.

 C. Step by step process - Promotion

1. Select F2
2. Select L3 – Files Update
3. Select L3 - Pricelists
4. Select L3 - Promos
5. Choose what you need to do - create, update existing promo, update items or delete current promotion program
6. Place master card on the terminal’s key pad when the red light goes on 
7. “Add operation success” will be displayed upon successful update.
