Registering New Merchants / Service Centre (SC)

Once the new Merchant or SC has submitted the complete form and documents, an agent can then register the merchant or SC. Agent need to login to Agent Website.

Go to Agent Website Login Page

Select SC Maintenance Option

 

 

Fill In the Required Information on screen

Successful Registration

Once the agent successfully registered the new merchant or SC, agent to proceed with the next step:

1. To teach the merchant or SC on how to use the terminal.
2. To teach on how to top up terminal (float) including topping up the required registration fee.
3. To provide support to merchant or SC on other issues.
